Chairman may kindly refer to his discussions with the undersigned in the forenoon on 25/8/2004. It was felt that large number of candidates have been denied application form/prospectus for admission in management quota seats by the private institutions specially the dental institutions. It was felt that the advertisement given earlier has not proved very effective. It was decided we would give another advertisement and invite applications from the students who have been denied admission form. They would be given atleast one week’s time. Applications would be collected and then a joint counseling for the private institutions course-wise would be organised. If we give advertisement today it would appear in the newspapers on 27/8/2004 and we may give time to the students upon 3/9/2004 and complete the admissions by 10/9/2004. Chairman may kindly approve.
