NOTIFICATION

No.  5/6/05-3HBIII/ 2234                                                                                                       Dated  10.06.2005

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to make the following amendments in the notification No. 5/6/05-3HBIII/1515 Dated 25^th April 2005 in public interest:-  

a)      The  Punjab  Medical Entrance Test (PMET)-2005 shall  now  be re-conducted  by  Guru  Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, on an earliest date to be decided by the said University, but not latter then July 3, 2005, in respect of same   candidates who took the cancelled test conducted on June 5, 2005 by Baba        Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

b)       All actions regarding conduct and declaration of result which were  required  to be taken by Baba Farid University of Health Science, Faridkot, shall now be  taken  by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.

c)      Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, shall    immediately cause Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar to be handed over all relevant record for the re-conduct of the PMET-2005.

d)       Guru Nanak Dev University shall prepare, announce  and supply a  merit  list   after declaration of the result, as per details and  requirements  as  contained  in the Prospectus already issued by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
