Judgement dated 15.07.2004 in regard to the Dental Association
 

The alleged association has moved the Committee for permission to hold the Entrance Test for the academic year 2004-05. The P.M.E.T. is fixed for August 1, 2004. It will be conducted by the Baba Farid University. In a short period, it is not possible to ascertain the legality, validity, back ground and credibility of the alleged association. The State Government of or Baba Farid University have not recognised the Association. We accordingly decline permission to the alleged Association to hold the Entrance Test for the academic year 2004-2005.
